Clifford W. Andrews
CIRCULATION MANAGER

Cliff first came to Rochester, NY from Cleveland Heights, Ohio, in 1968 to become one of the students in the first class of NTID (National Technical Institute for the Deaf) when it started up. Ever since, he had taken root in Rochester. He has two sons, one Deaf and one Hearing.

He is the Circulation Manager of Deaf Rochester News - continuously keeping the subscription database updated; making sure that the subscribers get what they pay for; reminding subscribers when their accounts are about to expire; and making sure that the newsletters hot off the press are mailed out on time.

Cliff is the backbone of the circulation of DRN - without him, the subscribers wouldn't have an exemplary service of getting their newsletters consistently and promptly.

He also serves as the Treasurer of GRRAD (Greater Rochester Recreation Association of the Deaf,) and works at ARC (Association for Retarded Citizens) as an Individualized Support Specialist.

In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors - mainly camping, hiking, and biking.
