Peter C. Hauser EDITOR Editor@DeafRochesterNews.org Peter was born and raised in Glastonbury, Connecticut.  He moved to Rochester in 2000 to work at Strong Memorial Hospital.  He currently works at RIT as a professor in psychology. Since Peter moved to Rochester, he directed a play for Lights ON! DEAF THEATRE, joined RRCD's euchre league and was once a member of RSD's Board of Directors. Peter also has provided workshops on deaf-related issues to various local organizations.  Many locals have met him in different Deaf Community events. Peter joined DRN staff and replaced Sally Taylor as the new editor in the Spring of 2002.  His goals are to improve the quality of DRN and to get the Deaf Community more involved with DRN. He brought DRN to the new millennium by introducing this website and improving how DRN business is handled. Peter lives near Highland Park with his wife and six pets, including a Deaf dog.
